Johnson-Su Biocompost

We are excited to share with you that our Johnson-Su indigenous microorganism inoculant has received registration with the New Mexico Department of Agriculture. Please reach out if you’d like to acquire compost for any of your gardening, farming and land restoration projects. Resource documents on the Johnson-Su system and our compost label can be accessed through this Google Folder.

You can find us the 1st Saturdays of every month at the Santa Fe Farmers Market hosting a soil health educational booth with the Santa Fe Farmers Market Institute and other members of New Mexico’s soil health community.

In the photo below are the results are from a Purple Basil trial we did. There are two piles of 100 plants each. The pile on the right was inoculated with our Johnson-Su Compost and doubled in plant weight compared to the non-innoculated plants on the left.
