We are in a state of emergency, and you are invited to act now: join us in building Johnson-Su Compost Bioreactors and combining them with Water Retention Landscapes, innovative planting strategies, and biological inoculation to rapidly restore ecosystems, regenerate the water cycle, and create rich soils that hold water and carbon. From backyards to watersheds, everyone can play a part in cultivating living inoculants that favor carbon-sequestering fungi and diverse soil organisms. Around the globe, floods, storms, and heatwaves are already claiming lives, but here in Santa Fe—alongside thousands worldwide and hundreds across New Mexico—we are transforming soil and food systems. This is work anyone can do—by building, organizing, teaching, donating, or spreading the word—and it is not a time for despair, but for the joy of working together for each other and the Earth. We are ready to support citizens, schools, institutions, municipalities, and tribal governments, and we look forward to hearing from you.
Our mission is to support the local community in educating and promoting healthy lifestyles and natural ways of living.
