Urban Agriculture Demonstration Site (2018)

In 2018 we began to help steward a beautiful Permaculture Food Forest in Santa Fe. Working collectively with the many stewards to integrate sensible Urban Agriculture, Rainwater Harvesting, Composting, Bee Keeping, Animal Husbandry, Worm Farms, Informational Signs and a Plant Tour.

Inspired by the legacy of Gaia Gardens co-founded by one of our board members, Dominique Pozo. The Legacy of Gaia Gardens is the formal acceptance of backyard farms in Santa Fe through the Urban Agriculture Ordinance.

Through talks with the City of Santa Fe after the resolution passed and learning that there would be no funding to educate the public about this new ordinance we voted together to build a demonstration site in Santa Fe where people could learn hands on about backyard farming.

By appointment Only we can arrange a visit to this little wonder in the High Desert.
